Before you register

Before registration or MuluWin login, prepare an active mobile number that can receive SMS messages. Use a private device and a reliable network. Avoid registration on public Wi-Fi when possible, and never let another person choose your password.

  1. Open the external registration link using the Register button.
  2. Select the correct country code and enter your mobile number.
  3. Tap Send to request the verification code.
  4. Enter the OTP received by SMS.
  5. Create a strong password and confirm it.
  6. Review the privacy agreement and invitation information.
  7. Tap Register to create the account.

  2. Enter the number used during registration.
  3. Enter the password exactly.
  4. Tap Log in.

OTP and password safety

Never disclose an OTP or password. A legitimate guide or support contact does not need these details to explain a process.
  • Use a unique password with a mix of letters, numbers and symbols.

Common login problems

OTP does not arrive

Check the country code, mobile number, SMS permissions and signal. Wait before requesting another code. Repeated requests may trigger a temporary delay.

Password is rejected

Check capitalization, accidental spaces and keyboard language. Use the platform’s password-recovery option when available instead of guessing repeatedly.

Account opens on another device

Change the password, review active sessions if the platform provides that option, and contact official support if you notice activity you do not recognize.
