How to make a deposit
- Log in and open the wallet or Deposit section.
- Select a payment channel that is currently available.
- Choose a displayed amount or enter an amount within the allowed range.
- Read the recharge instructions before continuing.
- Complete payment using the details shown in the live account.
- Keep the transaction ID or bank reference until the balance appears.
UPI information
Enter the requested account-holder name, mobile number and UPI ID accurately. Confirm the UPI ID before saving. A typo can delay verification or prevent a withdrawal.
Bind a bank account
Choose the bank, enter the recipient’s full name, account number, registered phone number and IFSC code. Compare the final digits of the account number before submission.
Bind a USDT address
Select the network shown by the receiving wallet and paste the address without altering any character. Sending to an incompatible network can cause permanent loss. Use a small test transfer when the platform and wallet support it.
Read withdrawal history
Use the status, time and order number to track a request. A Completed label means the platform marked processing complete; bank, UPI or blockchain settlement can still take additional time.
Payment safety checklist
- Use only payment details displayed in the signed-in account.
- Do not share bank OTPs, UPI PINs or wallet seed phrases.
- Do not install remote-control apps at a stranger’s request.
- Verify the network before a crypto withdrawal.
- Save references privately and hide personal data in screenshots.
